Services

I work with adults and teens (13+). I offer in-person sessions in Capitol Hill Seattle (near the Trader Joe’s at 17th & Madison) and online.

Fees

53 minute individual therapy session - $160

Payment is due in full at the time of service. I accept credit, debit, and HSA/FSA.

I believe that everyone should have access to therapy. I offer limited sliding scale slots that are available for those with low incomes and other financial constraints. I encourage you to contact me to discuss an adjusted rate if you can’t pay the full fee.

As described here, you have the right to receive a “good faith estimate” for the cost of my services, which I will provide to you if we work together.

Insurance

I‘m not in network with insurance providers. However, I can provide you with invoices (also known as “superbills”) that you can send to your insurance company to request reimbursement.

If you are interested in working together and seeking reimbursement from your insurance company for my services, I recommend asking your insurance company the following questions:

— Do I have out-of-network benefits? And if I do:

— Does my plan cover reimbursement for services from Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC’s) for CPT code 90837?

— Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have?

— What is the percentage of reimbursement for out-of-network services?

— Do I have to meet my deductible before reimbursement occurs? If so, how far away am I from that?
